Gas Tank Capacity?

I do that a lot, too...btw, what kind of mileage (mpg, that is) do you get? Last spring, I was getting like 31-32 pretty regularly (I drive on the highway a lot), but now I get ~28 or 29, even on all-highway trips in my 5-speed 95 ex.
The only things different about my car since then:
Changed tires to Goodyear touring radials (from stock(?) or stock replacement(?) michelins)
Changed timing belt
Switched from using 5w-30 to 10w-30 oil
Are any of these enough to make my mileage go down that much, or is there something I can do to increase my mileage to the previous levels?
I keep my tires well inflated and my driving style is pretty constant, too. Just wondering.

best way to measure gas mileage (while not entirely accurate, but pretty close), is to drive till the tank is empty, fill it up and drive till it is empty again, then divide the number of miles by how much fuel you have to put back in it to make it "full" again. The "E" light comes on, on accord's with either 1.5 or 2 gallons remaining in the tank.

wil: As cars age the mpg naturally goes down b/c the engine becomes less efficient. All you can do is keep up with basic maintenance, clean out your engine with Seafoam, keep your tires infllated, use your A/C as little as possible, keep your windows closed, etc etc

yes 40miles not 400 this suck, i try using the subway as much as i can but sometime i just wish i can just walk to my job traffic here is bad very bad . tonight coming home the guy walking the bridge was faster than the cars. i do 400miles on a full tank in the highway like from here nyc to mass.

so to recap....
1st quarter: 120 miles
2nd quarter: 80 miles
3rd quarter: 60-75 miles
4th quarter: 80-100 miles
pretty screwy..

I believe that cars get crappier gas mileage during the winter, and better mileage during the summer...something about the temperature. but who knows there is just so many factors that goes into mpg.

i got a question. i just got my 97 integra almost 2 months ago. the other day, i was running low on gas (but the light hadn't lit up yet). however, when the light finally lit up, my car died. it was probably only the 1st or 2nd time the light when on, and i wasn't even on an incline (i was in a parking lot, might have been going over a speed bump tho). i believe at that point, i should have had 2 or 3 gallons left (13 gallon tank). is there something wrong with my tank that would cause my car to die right when the light turned on? the gauge was close to E, but hadn't hit the E yet.
thanks.
thanks.
