Default Windshield Washer Pump

As some of you may have experience the cold a$$ weather in the Northeast the last couple of days, then you will understand what its like without a working washer pump. I have a fear that I broke it. The other day I was on a road trip and the reservoir may have been frozen, I could hear the pump, so I filled the tank with a 1/2 gallon of 20 below stuff thought that might cure it but no (and engine heat). After trying it about 10 times in a 2 hour period I stopped hearing the pump. I'm thinking I may have blown a fuse, or worse, the motor. Does anybody know what fuse powers this? And if its the pump do I have to take off the bumper to get to it? TIA

This is why we need to use windshield washer that doesn't freeze Good catch.

I think I'm gonna buy a heated windshield washer fluid system.
