Default Hidden Oil Leakage

For some time my '93 Accord LX has been leaking some oil from somewhere. I decided to degrease the entire engine and clean it up to see where it was coming from. I cleaned it and I found oil to be coming from here but I cannot identify exactly what it is or why is is leaking. Here are some pictures of where I can see oil coming from. I hope they can clarify a little!

If someone could help me out I would appreciate it tons

Kinda looks like the Seal between your Tranny and your Crank Shaft. Blown Seal??? Could be wrong though.

Hrmm I would have to check Its hard to visually see w/o taking a bunch of things apart, Ill have to hop under the body and see if I can see more under the car. I thought it was coming from like the engine seal, but as you can see its pretty clean. I usually have to add a quart every 3 wks or so because of the leakage, and when under the hood heats up, you can smell that horrible burnt oil.

sure its not coming from the head and leaking down there? That would look like some kinda tranny seal, which i cant say i have seen leak before.

Are you sure it's not running down the head from the front main balance shaft seal? I think it's an early F-series issue. But just a guess....I'd definately look for the oil to be running down to that area.

It looks like a leak between the tranny and engine. That's the area it appears to be pointing to. What color is the fluid? Check the level and see if it is low...look underneath and see where it might be trailing from.

It's actually possible for oil to come out right through the damn distributor. If you have a dead O-ring in there or something that might be the problem.

I don't see how it's a leak between the engine and tranny.
No. 1 engines and trannies in hondas don't share fluids.
No. 2a that area isn't a pressue seal to cause fluid to ooz out upward.
No. 2b as before leaks without pressure need to drip down not up and out of the area between the bell housing and engine.

So by conclusion that oil is ending up ontop of the tranny and engine but it must be coming from up top somewhere.

It is the distributor o-ring. Replace that first.
