1) You should always be aware of what vehicles are around you... especially if you're going over 80mph... this is called having good situational awareness.
2) if the lane is clear on the side the front tire blew, I would allow the car ot start going that direction...if yo ufight it ot kee p goign straight, you can lose control.
3) I would put the car in neutral or push in the clutch (eliminate engine braking on the front wheels)
4) Use the parking brake along with very light pressure to the main brakes, this should allow you to use mostly rear brakes, but a little of the front brakes as well.
5) Hit the hazards once I'm sure the car is under control or I'm under 70mph and look for a place to safely pull over.
2 things you did well, 1 - you didn't slam on the brakes 2 - you didn't panic and thought you way through the problem.
I've had worse things happen on my motorcycle at even faster speeds. You just need to remain calm and work through the situation.

I mean I'm only 20. This is my first real huge WOAH WTF kinda thing. I've only had one wreck and I was 15 in my mom's Mercury Tracer doing like 50 down a gravel road (<- idiot!!!) and I ended up losing it and doing a 180 into a fence causing minor scratches to her door and complete loss of passenger side mirror. lol.
I've had a blowout before, but only going about 40, and that was because this bitch pulled out of Wendy's and couldn't decide which lane she wanted to be in and I had to hit the curb. Following too close, My fault. But that blowout wasn't near as bad, I was just like "heh, damnit and got off the road."
