This is the last time im going to even respond to you. Their is just no reason to talk to you about anything. Fighting with you is like fighting with a woman, you are too irrational to see that you are wrong.
Edit: Phuck it, im just gonna get a turbo kit and take it off every two years when i have to smog my car. This way i wont have to get it reffed, and i dont have to pay 2 ½ x's the cost of the turbo to buy/ship/install an engine. Plus i think a turbo would look dope AND the sound of the BOV makes the girlies tinkle.

told you dude, it aint worth the hassle of a engine swap and dealing with CA's emissions laws. turbos are easier to swap in and out.
i was even planning on doing it on my dadsa camry, direct bolt on, with the use of a celica manifold.

i still hate you.
Edit: Only reason im not doing it now is because their isnt a h23 equivulant. I knew this from the beginning, but didnt know if the g23 (f2x/h2x hybrid) engine was illegal.
Edit 2: I still dont see why you dont do a swap if you have a 4th gen accord. You CAN do it, i on the other hand dont have the same luxury as you.

umm, i already know that. all i would have to do is just swap ina a USDM intake, exhaust manifold, ECU and some other goodies. becuz it pretty much just turns it into a USDM enigne.
its a waste of time though.

Engine changes are legal as long as the following requirements are met to ensure that the change does not increase pollution from the vehicle:
The engine must be the same year or newer than the vehicle.
The engine must be from the same type of vehicle (passenger car, light-duty truck, heavy- duty truck, etc.) based on gross vehicle weight.
If the vehicle is a California certified vehicle then the engine must also be a California certified engine.
All emissions control equipment must remain on the installed engine.
After an engine change, vehicles must first be inspected by a state referee station. The vehicle will be inspected to ensure that all the equipment required is in place, and vehicle will be emissions tested subject to the specifications of the installed engine.
