CL/TL-S Strut Bar

I did a search and didn't find a definate answer to my question. Will the Acura TL-S Strut Bar fit on a 02 V6 Accord sedan? I have seen them many times on the 4cyl Accords, but I am not sure if it will rub against anything under the hood of a V6.

I know of guys with V6 6th gens and have them, so you are good to go.
