It's amazing how people don't understand what octane even means...
Use what it says in your owner's manual. Yours says 87. Use 87. The only time I've ever seen where you get more power from using higher grade gas is if you have aftermarket forced induction or something that alters the compression ratio, and on the 2003+ Accord V6 because the ECU alters the timing to give more power.
