Default TYC Headlight seal coming unsealed? (Condensation forming)

I've had these TYCs for less than a year. Maybe since March or so and lately only one of them has been fogging up. This isn't fogging up badly at all, it's just fogging kinda where the orange strip was in the OEM headlights, if you can picture that. It's not blocking any light, or otherwise being disfunctional other than being there. I haven't hit anything so I don't think it's that. Anyone got ideas on what I can do to fix this?

I've figured out that car companies have a "warranty" but generally never respond to e-mails and have non working phone numbers....

do you have the rubber covers on? That could be the problem.
