$400 is the real price after shipping, but still a good price.
They look basically just like my wheels, so I like them.
I have a '99 as well, my wheels are 18".
If you want the "larger wheel" look at all, then those might not be the best choice with 17" wheels...a wheel that has spokes that go all the way to the lip will look larger, but it just depends what you're after. Nice thing about the design is they'll be pretty lightweight.
