not sure if this is a good comparison or not but a older m3 can do 0-60 in 5.5sec and 1/4 in 14.6-8

a h22 swapped 4th gen accord, stick with basic bolt ons can do around high 14's. you can do the math for the acceleraton.

mind you that the h22 is heavier than a f22 so suspension or brake upgrades may be necessary.

You could always find a F23 manual for a swap. It's a bit more powerful then your car, and if it's low miles, you can always do a light turbo setup on it.

Basic bolt-ons (I/H/E) won't get you there. You'll have to sink some real cash in it, even if you're starting out with a V-6.

The transmission for example: If all you did was sell your car and buy a comperable Accord with manual tranny you'd be able to do it for much less (you might even come out with more money rather than it costing you anything) than actually buying the parts and doing a swap.

If you want something faster, look at some different cars. Some stock Honda/Acura cars will outperform some Accords with 5K worth of mods.
I hear ya. Can anyone name any stock honda/acura cars that can outperform hondas (preferably ones for under $5,000? and with under 100,000mi )
