Default good ignition setup

Hey guys my accord is coming up on the 100k maintenance schedule. I intend to replace the spark plugs and want to replace the distributor cap, and wires also. I was wondering which setup would be most ideal or the best. Also my technician who works on my accord says that I should just not replace the wires and cap because aftermarket parts are usually crap and do more damage. So if he is wrong which setup is best below?

Setup 1)
ngk iridium spark plugs
ngk wires
MSD Modified Distributor Cap

setup2)
ngk iridium spark plugs
msd wires
msd modified distributor cap

setup3)
ngk iridium spark plugs
new oem wires
new oem cap

Also I have headers, exhaust, intake.

I would say yes if they look good, ie not burned out or large gap...
