JDM h22a accord vs 00 usdm type-r

I getting my full jdm h22a swap in my 95 4-door accord in my ride this weekend and it will be done by tues. Now my friend of my brothers just got a 00 type-r what car do you think would win 1/4 mile?

ACCORD W/JDM H22A SWAP?

the ITR will get you pretty good. I know that the 98Spec+ DC2Rs run mid-14s in the 1/4 mile. Plus they have more aggressive gear ratios compared to the "civilized" accord with more horsepower.

Most people that I seen do a H22 in an Accord usually run low 15's in the Quarter while the ITR will usually net a mid 14 time now if you add a turbo to it then thats a different story but NA to NA he will win hands down.
