FI in a type-R = a no, no. High Compression plus boost will equal boom.

Stock B18c5 vs stock H22a......
Hands down to the B18.The car and engine is lighter.
The H22 is a very heavy engine and even in an accord or prelude those cars are heavy in general.

The type-R is a very quick car, as long as its rev'd high all the time.
Pickup isnt that great in it though. My buddy has a yellow type-r which is a great car to drive. Its very peppy for a N/A car.

I was talking about turboing the H22, I seen some turbo ITR's out there and with some fine tuning you can have a smooth running ITR turbo.

ITR run 14.8 with professional drivers.(thats high not mid) Unless the ITR had bolt ons, the normal driver would never be able to pull off a high to mid 14. Nothing was ever said what was done to either car. So i guessing that the ITR is stock and the accord is completely moded.(with bolt ons only) My 90 4dr accord h22a I/H/E/and a few other small but very helpful mods runs 14.87@93MPH and i am by no means a professional driver. So in my book its too close to call. It would all depend on the driver.

My friend was running low 13's in his accord before he parted it out/sold it. Pretty much hit a brick wall with it in terms of getting any faster without a turbo...but it was made for n/a so that would be tooopid

H22A accord CAI/H/CBE underdrive pullys, reprogramed ecu = a mustang w/only bolt ons killer. Like i said SI's are slow unless nitrous or turbo. ITR's are quick in their own right but its really hard to beat the h22a period. (k series engines are excluded of course those things are beasts)
