honda slushbox robs the powertrain about 20-25%
manuals are normally around 15%
my motor makes 145hp at the crank, theoretically with the auto tranny i was putting down something like 109whp stock and with i/h/e and 75 wet shot i was able to pull on high 14 sec h22 accords w/ bolt ons.
now with a manual tranny, theoretically i should be putting down something like 123whp stock. now add on my i/h/e msd, 75 wet shot with my exedy racing clutch and being able to launch and spray out of the pocket i can smoke h22 accords (w/ bolt ons).
on my friends gtech i put down 204hp on a nitrous run but i dont really know how accurate those things are and im too poor for any dyno sessions.
