The thought has been running through my head alot lately, more now that I have paid the Accord off. On the one hand, I'd like to not have a car payment for a while since I had to pay on this thing for 3 years, but on the other hand, I think it's be nice to own a 2000 or newer car/truck. Right now, a 2004 Dodge Intrepid is tempting, as is a Chevy Trailblazer. I'm not looking for any performance type vehicle, as you can tell, just something comfy and practical and can give a little more power than my 4 banger.

Yeah, Ive had a few friends buy non-Honda and it seems like they always have problems. My mom just bought an 04 Jetta 1.8t and its been in for service 4 times already. Maybe im biased, but Honda seems to have amazing quality for a fair price.

 

get a Toyota, corolla perhaps, save gas and maintenance free. With all these gas prices keep going up, I'd force myself to get one of those corolla or a civic hybrid soon.

 

get a geo metro. Cant go wrong on 3 cylinders.

Get a 2005 Altima 3.5 !

 

Trust me, going to an american car after a honda is gonna be a BIG letdown. You WILL be sorry.

 

Get a G35 coupe w/ 6speed.
