Default Weatherstripping

The weatherstripping on the front windshield is coming 'unglued'. I noticed this problem on other Accords as well. What do you use to fix that without having to replace it?

They sell this black compound. I cant remember the name right now.
But it looks like a tube of toothpaste ( black of course ) and it fills in the missing parts.

When I get home Ill go into my garage and give you the exact name

Does it act as a glue or a filler? Do I get this at a dealership or can I get it at a car parts store? Thanks!
