Line Level inputs in trunk? or use speaker level 6th Gen.

Are there any line level inputs that can be found in the trunk. I want to hook my sub and amp and would rather not use speaker levels. If i do use speaker levels how does the rear deck come off so i can splice into them?

no line level inputs in the trunk, I'd recommend you run RCAs from the headunit to the trunk instead. You might as well, if you intend to use an amplifier, the factory wiring isnt gonna cut it and you'll have to run speaker wire anyways.

i just finished putting an amp and sub in my friends 2001 coupe. i ran the power throught the fog light harness grommet and tapped the rear speakers for signal. the wires to the rear speakers are accessable from the trunk.
