Default front/rear strut/sway bars?

ok, i think i want some of these. I do not know the difference between strut and sway bars. I've read posts suggesting Neuspeed strut (i think it was "strut") bars are the best, 4 points blah blah blah. But then i hear sway bars are better than strut bars. i go to neuspeed site, but i see no sway bars. so i confused now. someone tell me what to buy. front and rear bars for 94 accord ex.

i would go with Nuespeed front upper strut bar, Skunk 2 rear lower strut bar and Suspension Techniques front and rear sway bars..thats probably what i'm gonna go with for my 5G accord.

a front upper stru bar itself will give you a noticeable improvment...

in my opinion, i would get front upper, rear upper, and rear sway bar.
