I like those rims because of the polished look also, but I would like to see your car to get an idea of how they would look to make my best decision possible.

I think they would look good, but not with 18" rims though on the 5th gens. May be an overkill on the 5th gen because the body frame looks shorter than the rest of the Accords. That, and I don't think your exterior color has the agressive feel that 18" rims would give off on your car.

The best tire size to use is 225/40-18, whoever recommended the 235/40-18 is wrong. You can get away with 225/35-18, but it doesn't have as much sidewall and wont be as smooth as a ride.

I tried to find a picture to chop of the BSA wheels, but had no luck. But I did find a similiar velox wheel that IMO looks 10x better. Here's a quick chop:
