Gutted, VW tried to write me off

A VW Golf pulled out in front of me, no indicating, dont think he even looked gave me zero time to react hit him at about 25-30 mph. I am soooooo gutted

got a really sore right shoulder and some whiplash. Wrecked his Golf though serves him right trying to take on an Accord

Insurance company have already put 100% blame on him for pulling out of a parked position into traffic, Got a bad feeling it will be written off though.
