i was wondering if the 2000 accord v6 can be changed to manual. arent they not offered in manual with the v6 in those years? and would it be possible to put the 6 speed from the 03-04 accord v6? i dont know anything about accords so i want to learn something. thanks

 

yes it can be done, but the cost may not be worth the hassel. finding a 6sp tranny at a reasonable price would be difficult. before the 6sp came out some people used a 5sp tranny from an acura legend made in the mid 90s. unless your current tranny has failed i would pass on doing this. if your tranny has failed did you know that honda extended the warranty on the tranny on the 00-02 V6s to 100K.
