I just want to let everyone know how F@#king cool sa863c is, he sent me a egr valve free and shipped it free too. Damn there is still cool ppl out there like that, If I ever can help anyone like he helped me I will be on it faster than fly's on sh!t. Thanks again sa863c I'm going to slap this thing on and hopefully my probs are gone

 

Update, The egr valve was bad and replace it, but still doing wierd thing. I unplugged the wire clip from the egr control box(driver side by strut, black box) and I don't get the problem with that unplugged. Could it be the egr valve control solenoid? I think that its not letting the egr valve open and thus creating the major power loss cuz nothing gets through the egr valve?

I just went to replace the distributor cap & rotor I took off my intake so it wouldn't be in the way and I heard something rattling in it, it was the end cap thing on the cone filter, so it was like putting a bottle cap over a bottle, no wonder the car was laggin man it couldn't get any damn air Just took it for a drive and it was mobn just fine and yea its not the o2, still dont have one in my dc headers, yep there is no spot for one to put one and no wonder I heard a whining sound the end of the air filter was all open man so it was whistling and the cap thing was just the right size to be going right over my throttle body What a weird thing LOL , Thanks for everyones Help here in these forums, I appreciate it

dang man i've been following this thread and i'm glad to hear it turned out to be something so simple, thats a great feeling when you find out the problem to something that has been pissing you off, especially when it is easy to fix.
