I've got 17x7.5 Volk SE37K wheels with 215/45ZR17 Nitto Neo Gen tires...perfect size....most rims nowadays have rim protector lips anyway, i know the neo gens do.... Go with either 225/45ZR17 or 215's....225's u might rub if your suspension isn't stiff enough and it flexes alot...on the 215's i've never come close to rubbing..but my suspension is stiff as shit too....
