Default Apexi Exhaust

I have a simple question. I have a 5th gen vtec accord sedan, I have been wanting to get the Apexi World Sport Exhaust for a min now. My friend has a Honda Accord 98+ Coupe V6. and he is willing to sell me the single exhaust system for a decent price. Now my question is obvious by now can i Put that on my 5th gen accord. Is there a slight mod that I will have to do to make it fit right or what. I have a friend that works for Meineke so that should help with putting the exhaust on. Please can someone give me some advise I really want it

It wont bolt on. Exhausts are made specifically for each individual chassis. If your friend is well skilled he can use the resonator and muffler of the exhaust and mock up something for your car. Of course he'll need to bend you some piping or reuse some of the exhaust from the Apex WS. But no it wont bolt on. But he can mock up something using the parts from the Apex WS.
