Take the whole engine, ecu and wiring harness from the scrap Accord. Swap em out and sell the first engine and ecu combo to a 4th genner that would like a bump in power.

your best bet is too swap the whole motor. i think the head swap idea is just stupid when you can failry easily buy a nice f22b1 swap. anyways unless your current motor has high mileage the power difference isn't really that much if you currently have I/H/E mods on your f22b2. the F22b1 vtec is for economy is really only worth 5hp and 2lb/ft trq.

but for a free engine swap if it only gives my 5hp thats alot better money = power. and i was told that the vtec engine can go farther as far as mods, considering vtec controller, so on so on.

OBDII is just a different stricter engine montoring system. it doesn't take to mods as well. OBDI will allow you to run a hi flow cat w/out making sure you either connect the second 02 sensor or run a resistor to fool it. OBDI will also allow you to manual advance your ignition timing off the distributor too. also your chances of throwing a CE light for something stupid are a lot less with OBDI than OBDII.

Be sure to take the proportioning valve and install it on your car. Taking the EX MC and booster would be a good idea too (just good to have laying around ). Also, I think you'll need the E-brake cables (at least for the 6th gen u will).
just take as much from the braking system as possible
this site should help u find all the parts u need:

here's a rear disc conversion for a 6th gen

and search for info for the rear disc conversion here:

Post pics if you do it! I hope to do the conversion if I need it...

can't he grab the rear ex sway bar? or did the se already come with that....and hey if its a manual tranny might as well do a manual tranny swap i'm suprised no one thought of that yet....if you want to make your car quicker for what your getting for free, a manual tranny is the way to do it, your car will feel a lot better with the standard than an auto
