Default BREMBO BRakes on 02 Accord Sedan 4cyl..

I need to get my brake pads changed and I dont want to shave my rotors.
Instead I would rather upgrade my rotors to preferrably to BREMBO but not the 1g ones.

I've seen on ebay those BREMBO OEM size rotors for about 120- 150.00USD.
Are those worth buying? Are they in fact BREMBO, or just a pair of knock offs?

Also, installation tips would be helpful since i've never replaced Rotors myself.
Brake pads are easy to swap. Rotors dont seem that hard. Just unscrew that nut in the middle. Hopefully thats all it..

Thanks in advance guys.....

ohhh.... got a new digi cam for V-Day, and will be taking PIcS soon!!!!!!.....

they make brembo blank OEM replacement rotors. that is what I have along with AEM pads and it has plenty of stopping power for me. www.groupbuycenter.com usually has a good deal on brake rotors, and pads. if the price for the blanks are 150 for all 4 rotors then that's a pretty good deal. I got all my rotors for under 40 a rotor. Driftking helped me out with replacing my rotors and the most useful tool he had was an impact driver to get the screw out of the rotor. its normally a pain in the ass and you can easily strip it if your not careful. WD-40 also comes in handy.

The ones I have seen on ebay, are slotted and drilled.
They have the starting price at about 160.oo for all 4.

I'd think twice about those. chances are they bought the blanks and then drilled the holes, and machined the slots. stick with OEM replacements, unless you're running a turbo. accords do not throw down that much hp that you would need that much stopping power.

Yeah, I like the way they look though and since I like to drive long distances it will be easier on my brakes. At least they wont heat up as much as stock ones. Slight benefits, nice looks, and my braking will improve.

If they did do the drilling on a blank rotor, which i belive most of the drilled brembos you see out there are done this way, you run a risk of the rotor cracking. They do look good though dont they? But for somthing that will last, i would go with genuine brembo blanks...
