Is there a way on the 7th generation to get lost change out of the emergency brake

Default Is there a way on the 7th generation to get lost change out of the emergency brake

My damn girlfriend dropped a dime in my emergency brake area down the slot. How do you get it out or should i just leave it .

I cant hear it move when im driving

what should i do

go to handa-accessories.com and look at instructions to install a device which requires removal of the handbrake. it should tell you how to disassemble that part.

I have so much lost change in my car I should be able to feed the homeless;o)

Grab the cup holders.

Pull straight up hard.

Grab change, and clips that popped off.

Re-add clips and push down hard.

ok thanks. I drove today and i couldnt hear the dime down below the center. I think i will leave it and when im ready to install a short shifter i will look for it. I dont think its worth going in to get one dime.

What do you guys think?

Leave it til later. You'll have fun installing the ss kit. The plastic grommet is a b|itch

lol, when i dropped a coin in the shifter thing, i thought it would ruin the tranny but i remembered the tranny is way in the front and they wouldnt make it that easy to drop stuff into the tranny.
