99 Accord Ex v6 with Idle issue on startup!
Vehicle: 1999 Accord EX v6 Coupe.
I've noticed that sometimes when I startup, the idle sits lower than 750. Usually it is at 750, but I've noticed it kinda goes up and down between 500-750 and feels like it is going to die (it hesitates)...anyone know what this problem is?

i've had the same thing happen to my 2000 V6 also. first, i'd start the car, the idle would be fine, then it would dip between 400 and 600 rpms, then adjust its self in a few seconds. in extremely cold situations, the idles would spike between 1500 and 2000 rpms. i'm not too sure where you're located, but i'm guessing in LA.
2 things i'd look into ...
PCV Valve. a cracked or jammed valve would cause this. it's a $3 part from Auto Zone and it's something to check out.
Fast Idle Valve. this is what caused my problems. i had no idea what it was at the time, so the dealer had to diagnose it for me. the part + install cost me $290.
