K&N is good because you can wash it anytime and itll last forever. They flow pretty good too.

The best one on the market is APEX filters. It proved best flowing filter over K&N and the others. I cant find the to the test but yeah they out performed the others. But they cost $70+ though.

yeah i'm with on apexi filters, but the cost is just not worth it. the cheapest i have seen is $80 shipped.

Stock accord throttle body is 2 1/2. I dont see how you could fit a 3 inch intake on there without major hassling. Just lettin ya know!

yea u can use the cleaner from k&n on any intakes that use the cotton or whatever filters like the k&n's do. It would be the cheapest way to go and u won't suffer in performance/reliability.
