Default just got the tint

GOT 20% all around except the front windshield. It looks phat and its nice and dark. I think anything lower would be hard to see out of at night .

I just bought a graphite pearl 04 accord ex coupe with the manual transmission. Any tint suggestions? I have a feeling the black interior is going to cook me alive come summer. I don't want it to be like I put black construction paper on the windows, just dark enough for a little privacy and to block out a little sun.

I'm in the New York metro area. Anyone know of a place around here that does good work?

Typically the laws are no lower than 50% all around on a car, and none on the windshield. I have 45% on my door windows and rear window, and maybe once a year a extremely bored cop will pull me over because of my front door windows are too dark but I never get a ticket for it though. I would just make it dark enough for no one to be able to see in your car unless they are right up on it at night time. Definitely just regular smoked tint, because that chrome mirror look is trash!

My ride is in the Accord gallery if you want to see what 45% looks like.

On my 7th Gen Civic, I had 20% on the back 3 and 35% the front 3 including the whole front windshield. Got scared about tickets and such, so I took off the windshield tint.

^There are passengers in there, count em.

^Yes, they fcuked up my registration/inspection stickers, its in the shop now, so when it comes out I'll get a new inspection sticker. It looks light due to the sun being on it, and the flash from DigiCam.

^Night-time.

Are you being sarcastic?
If not, thanks, it gives a good blend.
I've driven head to head with many police cars already and haven't gotten pulled over, so I'm guessing it looks kinda legal? But is the whole windshield at all legal? I'm hearing, "yes, to a certain percent", "no not at all", "cops can't prove its tinted because the machine can't read it", I seen someone with a 20% whole windshield also. I have taken it off, due to fear of harrasment, and now that I might be trading in my 7th gen Civic, I might do it to the next car.

Any comments?
