like aero posted, the rotors are NOT pressed onto the car, but unfortunately, it's bolted onto the back of the hub, which is pressed into the bearing. so you can loosen the 4 bolts all you want, but you won't be able to get the rotor out. UNLESS you take a hammer and pound the entire hub/bearings out from the rear of the knuckle. i've seen that done but i'm not sure how wise it is or safe. but it can be done without a press.

thats nto true. it can be doen with out beating it to death too. all you need is to remove a few bolts. when I do the job I will take pics and post.
The ROTORS are NOT pressed onto the hubs.
As I said I have changed my rotors several times inmy drivway without press or hammer.

uh... you sure you drive a 4th gen accord? i'd like to see pics of your car. because it sounds like you have a rotor-over-hub setup, which didn't appear in the States for the Accord until 1998+.

I have a 1990 Accord EX 4 door.
the rotors can be changeed simply by removingthe wheel, removing the hub. turning it over and removeing 4 bolts that hold the rotor on. it is not that hard. just time consumeing.

u said u awnna do a "complete" "brake" upgrade, and you dont want to do drilled or slotted? then what do you want? there is only so much you can do, ss lines, drilled or slotted, or v6/wagon rotors and calipers take your pick.

bah.. then it's like i said: you just bang out the hub.
only difference is it sounds like you've done it so many times, your hub can be easily manipulated out. :P i'm not sure if it's a good thing that your hub can slide out easily without a couple of good whacks w/ the rubber mallet.
