No, I don't think trimming really has any big negative effects, but it's kinda nice if you don't have to do it. Some guys rub occasionally, know they can trim, but still don't just cause they rub so infrequently or it doesn't bug them, so some rubbing may not even be a big deal. It's just a matter of how bad it rubs, how frequently, and if it bugs you.
Like LX4CYL said, a lot of guys with a sport drop don't get camber kits, but some do.

yes, on a +43 with a drop, it will not be a serious problem unless you are constantly hauling dead weight.
As for tire wear, the outside of my tires are like 75% gone due to 3 auto crosses, and a 21-run Offensive Driving session in the past 3 months Negative camber will help fix that

The WW kit is about the best fitting kit you can buy for Accords. The rear of the skirt doesn't tie into the rear wheel well, so the last 12" or so of the skirt maybe sags a couple mm. You can hardly notice unless you are that close.
