Default 200k...Worth it?

I have a '94 Accord nearing 200k(198k+), is it reasonable/worth it to to do any more modifications or is the window of opportunity gone? I currently have basic mods: intake, exhaust, projectors, etc. I have the urge to add HIDs, WW body kit, upgrade intake/exhaust....basically go all out/nutz...mod addict...Help!

Did you do your timing belt and everything else?

If yes and it is just a beater; go for it and drive it to the ground!!

Like the Honda commercial said, isn't it nice to drive a car you don't need to care about? ;-)
