Default HELP !! 98 accord ex sedan

Once or twice a month when starting the car it will die after about 10 sec. and also after 5 min. When this happens, it will start up fine after 2,3,4, or even 5 times after trying to start it up. I hear that it can be a sensor or a module but I'm not sure. The engine light doesn't turn on when this occurs. Has anyone had any similar problems? or have an idea of what it can be? Please advise.

There was a factory recall for the ignition switch on 1997+ Accords. Contact your local Honda dealer and provide them with your VIN#. They will tell you if your car is included in the recall. Having the work done is free of charge at ANY Honda dealer and may be the cause of your problem.

I got the ignition switch replaced last year due to the same problem. It is still doing the same thing. Would it be possible that the new one installed could be bad?
