Default **Toyo Tires breaking away too often, any good?**

I have a set of Toyo 800 Ultra Premium Touring 205/65/15 on my car(the accord below).

Now i know that tires of course dont grip better when its wet, but i have been having a problem. My front tires break away TOO much when its raining or has rained. I just hit the gas a lil and they break away. I'm not sure if these tires are known for that or what, but it seems scary to me to even drive in the rain cuz of this. What if someone pulls out in front of me? Theres no way i'll be able to even slow down.

However the dry traction is super great. Only time i can get them to break away is when flooring it from a stop or flooring it around a corner. Of course the differential makes that happen.

Now i am thinking of not buying another set of these. I had Yokohama Parada's when i had my 96 accord on 18's and those tires were AWESOME. They were even almost bald and they gripped the rain extremely well. But then again i had 135hp instead of 200hp now So its easier to break away now.

Please give me some feedback about these tires. These tires came on the car when i bought it. I figured i would wear them out and get a new set of wheels and tire package or just get some 15" alloys somewhere.

Thanx!

Dave

I would go back to yokohamas. I had toyo proxes as my first performance tire and I hated it. Then I got the yoko parada which iloved and now I'm running my accord on yoko avs es100. If u need a rain tire than the es100 is for you. This tire grips the rain like it isn't even there. I took it to an autox in the pouring rain this weekend and I was amazed by their grip. Overall I like these tires and if I change them it maybe to a parada since those can be rotated easier.
