You will feel a diff. at the bottom end and the ride will be rougher due to the weight and small sidewall.
I had 25Ib 17" rims and notice a big difference when got my 14.5Ib 17" rims.My steering seems better as does the ride and acceleration.

I just put some 95 gsr rims on my civic because one of my stock rims was bent. I feel so much slower now; I don't know how anyone can stand it with the stock motor. Anyway, it's just another reason for me to do a swap =P

The wheels are nice I had them in 17s they weigh 19.6lbs in a 16 which is a bit heavy for a 16 you will want to get a 205 40 or 45 its a little wider then a 195 and you might want a better tire. If your just looking to be rolling on a nice set of wheels then get what you like if not get a lightweight wheel.

I have gsr wheels (15.5 lbs), used to have vx wheels (13" prolly 12lbs), when I put on my freinds 17" Kosei seneka it made the car downright sluggish. The braking was worse too. I'd say get si/gsr wheels or a decent 15"/16" wheel (rota, Kosei K1, jaxx light, etc...)
