It's heavier so maybe that makes it difficult for some but if you do it properly by putting the car on a lift then roll the motor underneath it on a cart.... lower the lift to drop the car on top of the motor and ...... BAM!!!... an H22 samich..... yum:yumyum:
A built H will stomp all over a built B... let me guess... someone will scream yeah in a straight line, what about OVERSTEAR? Well, with a good stiff suspension you will be fine. Progress Auto makes springs with a spring rate specific to the H-series in the civic. Some good shocks, strut tower support, camber, etc. and you will be fine. Move your battery to the trunk as I did and get a cf hood and you cut a lot of weight from the get go. Really, handling shouldn't be seen as a problem.
And it definitely will not cost $10k to build if you are building it yourself. My complete motor, tranny, manifolds, downpipe, axles, hasport mounts, ecu, etc...everything you need was $3014 shipped to my door. Take that from the $10k and you have $7k left to build up the motor.... more than enough for an all motor bad ass build up.

Yeah, my friend has a boosted D15B in his 5th gen CX runs low 13's. He's a few minor steps away from 12's.
