My weak spot is my sleeves. I should have had those redone when I built the motor, but the machine shop steered me wrong and said that I wouldn't need them. I didn't know any better at the time. My other problem is my MAP sensor. I need a 3 bar to go above 11.7 psi.

These numbers are for my daily driving settings. I'm going to get the MAP sensor and try to push 14 psi on stock sleeves.

I'm pretty conservative so I don't want to push this thing too hard. Just enough to keep me happy with it.

No offense taken man, I was hoping for over 300+ too, but my tuner said that this was a safe place to be and that it's going to drive much better this way. I'm satisfied.

Why don't you try the Missing Link MAP Bypass Valve... It's only like $60 at Importparts.com and I was told it's good for up to 2bar.

cause, that's a jerry rig way to get around MAP sensor boost errors. If you get a GM 3 bar map sensor, you're safe to run very high boost pressure (not sure what the exact spec is).

The missing link won't do what I'm trying to do. Thanks for the try though.

very nice #'s.

i bet that thing is a bitch to control in 3rd gear.

my friend roasts his tires in his turbo itr, in pretty much everygear.
320 whp all going to the front wheels.

Congrats. I'd def get some slicks, and um... upgraded axles.

Running a LSD yet?

Ya, looking into slicks.

No LSD yet. Pretty expensive, but I'm looking into it too. I can't run an OEM LSD setup cause I have too much whp.

What do you suggest? Kaaz or Quaife?

Until I break these NAPA axles, I'm good here.
upgraded axles are outrageously priced.

Thanks Bumnah, it means a lot coming from you.

Quaife, 1stgencrxer broke down the differences between the two companies and the quaife he said was a better lsd. it pretty much locked up better and more consistently.

i believe the kaaz is a clutch type lsd, and the quaife is a helical.

it could be the other way around.

She's awesome about it. She knows that I'm addicted and doesn't want to deal with me going through withdrawls if she took it away so... :chuckles:

License plate?? What license plate :rick:

Thanks for the info Bumnah. I'll look into it.

Thanks cobb.
