red/clears= illegal?

So you are saying if the bulb is blue in color, but lights up white, that it's illegal?

I wouldn't really worry about it. Like said above, a lot of ricers use hyperwhites in their turn signals. I have two guys at work that do the same here in NJ. (thank god they are not ricers though).

You might as well just put your stock tails back on for the inspection. It doesn't take long, and you know you will pass.

.....Or you guys could just move up to South Dakota where we have no fix it tickets, no smog checks, and no other bs legal car stuff going on . That's one nice thing about being up here.:thumbup:

I used silver coated super whites that came out slightly blue, cops said something about it, but no fix it ticket.

I currently run all superwhites. I don't like the stock yellow-ish, but I may eventually change to all amber.

I might check out the silver visions because I don't like having a blue shadow nor an amber shadow.

In CA you have to have amber for turn signals...
I'm a long way from Philly though.

the rear turn indicator in UT has to be amber or red.. i use an amber bulbs in my red/clears.. is all good...

Haha, I live in Indiana. No one cares what color they are. But I like the amber look.

P.S. In Indiana we NEVER have to get are cars inspected either.

red is ok too. i got a ticket for having white blinkers in the back of my old accord. i popped in some red bulbs and got my ticket signed off
