I'm sorry to say this, but ever since the board has come back up, I've seen countless attacks on other members of the board, stupid comments that are unneeded, and just a pure lack or respect. I see too many responses to posts that consist of 2-3 words and a smiley. I'm sick of seeing people ask questions, and others responding with a question about why they are even asking it. ANSWER THE QUESTION or don't respond!!! When you ask a question, are you not looking for an answer? Well, give the rest of us the same respect. If you don't know, don't answer. Leave it for someone that can help instead of giving misinformation and continuing the trail of bad info that has started to leak from this board.
I've had to reregister on this board 3 times in the last almost 4 years. I'm not saying I'm a god. I'm just saying that I've seen a lot of good and bad on this board. Right before it went down, it was awesome. Everyone was being helpful, courteous, and encouraging. I am not talking about the entire board as a whole. I am speaking of the civic forum. Don't worry, I'm expecting a few responses of, "too many words :fawk: " But for fawks sake, lets stop acting like children and start acting like a community again.

i admit i'm a noob, i have occastionally posted the lone smiley, fawk whatever, but I ususally try to post my opinion on the subject if i know some knowledge from reading other posts or 'lecturing' people about just bishing about how they think the mod/idea is gay. people just don't get it through their heads that EVERYONE has their own taste. either show, go, jdm, whatever. let them be, they ask as question answer it, don't flame them for their style...

sorry guys, I just like phucking with my boys on the board. I'll try to chill. just seems like the forum is slow as hell lately. seems like there's not enough turn around for posts.

I noticed there were two things I forgot to mention. Everyone should take a look at the Ride of the Week forum. There is a lot of support in there. A lot of HELPFUL/CONSTRUCTIVE criticism.
The toher thing I forgot to mention is that I, in no way, mean to point fingers. Honestly, I just want the "home" atmosphere that H-A (old schoolers) or HAN (new schoolers) used to have.

 

Im to the border line point where I dont think I want to post in message boards anymore.

Its all about whining, who's better than who...etc. etc. lately. Maybe I should move on.

I agree. I stopped buying car mags a while back, and this is getting to that point too. I'm better off with a tool box, some friends and a case of beer... Maybe this is just a sign that I need to walk away from the boards...

 

lol, the super streets, import tuner, etc, etc have all gone. For REALLY answers, I've learned to trust myself. No one could answer **** for me when I did my auto to manual swap. I did almost all of it by ear, and it turned out perfect. Tools, time, friends and beer are the way of the world.
