What are the best springs, coilovers, and shocks?

Best plain old shock = Koni Yellow
Best sleved C/O = ground control
Real C/Os = too much money :exnbp:
I dunno, I've never been able to justify those expensive threaded-bodied coilovers. Too many possible drawbacks, too much money... No real performance advantage over a sleved.
Although that JIC in-cockpit damper adjustment is :grinpimp:
