agree with snoop on this one,
I think when the time comes, I'm gona get a b16 and use da rest of the cash for other goodies... >)
one more question though,
after I get a new engine, will like my aem CAI fit?
and when I buy new parts will i haave to buy for a totaly diff part/model now? or will the same stuff be applicable to the new engine?

Eh, maybe your CAI will fit. BTW, there is no such thing as a b16c1... there is a b16a, b16b, b18b, b18c1, b18c5... maybe a couble more. b16a is in the Civic SI's... b16b is Civic Type R (JDM). B18b is Integra LS (non-vtec), B18c1 is Integra GS-R, and B18c5 is Integra Type-R. I know, too many things to keep straight. If you swap, you will have to buy parts for whatever car the engine was from. It's not really that much trouble, unless of course they just won't fit in your engine bay... but most headers, etc. will be fine.
