Default Transmission fluid for 5-speed?

What do you guys run for transmission fluid for the 5-speeds? Any specific? Waht do you recommend? I plan on changing the fluid on this one, don't know last time previous onwer changed it. BTW, this is my 1st 5-speed vehicle (not 1st time I drive 5-speed), is it true there is no tranny filter like on autos? Just change fluid and go? Thanks...

Use honda gear oil. Get it from the honda dealership.

I'm not sure on price, but it shouldn't be too bad. I think you only need 2 quarts or something. Too tired to look it up now.

Ahh ok, I'll pass the Honda dealer tomorrow, thanks. How about the filter? No filter? Just drain and fill?

I've heard Redline has vey good procucts. Where can I get some and what's it called?

That ATF is mad for manual aswell? Isn't it MTF? First time I've heard that one...but the filter issue? No filter to be changed?

10W - 30 motor oil.
