timing belt question
#6
its on a spring, loosen the tensioner and spin the crank a few times, make sure you spin it the way its supposed to spin, i honestly cant remember but i spun it the wrong way after changin my timing belt, u run into all kinda timing problems. but just loosen spin the crank to let it self tension and tighten back down.
hopefully somone else can help u out on the correct direction to spin it

u spin the crank counter clockwise (the way it usually rotates) when u retension the belt. to tension t-belt:
- loosen tensioner bolt
- turn the crank counter clockwise 3 teeth
- retighten tensioner bolt.
thats it. just changed the t-belt and water pump on my sucker. works like a charm
