there is a reason why cars driven in the US have left hand drivers position
because that's how ford made them at first? :dunno:

buy yourself a front clip from japan(RH drive). don't attempt to take all the neccesary components like dash and pedals off. take all the body parts and windshield off. the clip should be cut at the rockers and roofs a-pillars. you would need someone with welding abilitys to drill off the frame rails.the section the whole frt clip and weld it to your car, thats after you cut your front end off of course. that would be the least amount of work because everything under the dash as far as brackets the hold everything in place is reversed also, the brake booster and lines, etc, are all reversed and the holes in the firewall are reversed. this way you don't have to take everything apart. just hook up your gas, brake, and vacume, lines, plug up some wires, etc. unless you know alot about car structures, and how to take them apart,I wouldn't attept this. DO not have a collision shop do this unless they have the experience,or you'll pay twice as much. Not really worth it because you'll need a special tag,and registration to drive it in the usa. Plus you'll have to learn how to drive all over again.

not necessarily...on a two way road, most offset crashes are driver side to driver side, which is not good for you :rick:

rhd would put you on the passenger side, which is not directly behind the point of (typical) impact. your passenger will be hurtin if you have one...but anyway...

the less front end pushed through the firewall into your legs...the better off you are, i think.

the mailmen here use rhd jeeps
