Whatever it costs i would suggest for everyone to learn how to change oil since its not hard in the least bit and its an easy way to save some cash and you can make sure its done right....

where can i get the AMSOIL at and what does it cost? also what is the difference between AMSOIL and REDLINE? cost? both full synthetic? both 30,000 mile changes?

thanks
Dan
Most PERFORMANCE shops have it. Pep Boys and Autozone will not. You can also order it online.

Between AMSOIL and REDLINE I think AMSOIL is about $2-5 cheaper per gallon. Don't know about REDLINE 30,000 oil changes though.

I wouldn't push redline to 30K. I used to change it at 10K intervals with the old VW.

correct me if I'm wrong but with amsoil aren't you supposed to change the filter half way through?
