Default Turbo Kit Self install or not?

Turbo Kit Self Install... or not?

I've posted a few times about different turbo setups for my 2000 Hybrid B18C1 Coupe, and I think I've narrowed it down to two choices (take in mind, they won't be on for a long time), either FMAX or Rev Hard. But in any case, I was wondering... how many of you who have a turbo setup did the install on your own... was it a kit and if so, was it an easy install? I was debating wether or not to just take it somewhere to get installed, but I could save like $750-1,000 by doing the install on my own and not boosting to the shop where I could get it tuned for like $150. Opinions?

One more question... I don't know for sure if FMAX makes a specific Hybrid Civic kit, but I know that rev hard does. If I go FMAX, think it's possible to just get the custom piping somewhere.. or in that case would I have to get the turbo installed for me so tat my tuner can custom fabricate the piping for the kit? Or does this simply tell me to go with the revhard kit?

sorry for the frequent posts, but does anyone know of a site for the FMAX turbo company.. or is it now owned solely by Turbonetics?

do it yourself... its too ****ing easy not to do it yourself.
check http://www.turbocivic.net for basic instructions on how to do it for any kit... read it over and over and you'll see how easy it is.
