Autodynamic is inexpensive and they have decent lights. I've ordered from them for both a 5th gen (your friend's car) and 6th gen (your car) and they fit nearly as well as OEM. Red/clears are probably the cleanest look, but someone said that already

 

i have a set of TYC altezzas that i just took off of my 97...if u REALLY want to do that, then i might sell them to u....but id suggest NOT going that route. maybe just get the red/white 99-00 taillights, like in Thaveen's sig....thats what i did. i like them a hell of a lot better than the altezzas i had. u can get a set anywhere for about 100-130...

you are lowering you car and you don't know difference between 95 and 96 civic.....don't be a ricer by getting fake altezzas.....they belong on this car only:thumbup:

 

or you can go to a honda junk yard, but i'm not sure how much they usually charge.



but please, stay away from the altezza's.
