:wavey: spraying on a d16y8 automatic here. I never realized how big of a difference the 55 shot would make. I am hooked. Just hope the engine/tranny holds up

Im not a faithful D series owner. I love my D series for what it is. A commuter engine. It uses the lowest octane gas, is reliable, and gets me from point A to point B. No matter what I put into it, it wont give me the power to begin with in a B-series and still be daily driven on the street comfortably.

I'm very content with my D16z6. It's perfect for what I need it for at this point in my life. One day it might be swapped out though...

i have a d-series in my 99 ex and it's good for now... pretty decent w/ i/h/e and pulleys. one more year and i'm swapping in a B18C5 and nicely boosting it!

hes trying to not so politely say that choosing that motor and THEN saying you are going to turbo it.. is not the best possible combo you could come up with, and would be grossly over priced... its taking something that is so very well suited for N/A applications and trying to make it F/I.. i agree with crucial... it would be a stupid thing to do.. so many better combos for less money.. but hey.. it sounds like a good project if you like to throw money away...
