correct me if im wron but the first car in production worldwide that had them was the toyota altezza which is NOT european it is japaneese hense there is nothing "euro" about them other than the fact that they just happened to match those super clear corner lamps that APC sells and i bet your saving for....

I'm not sure about APC, can't say I am a fan (they got fined $800,000 for putting out illegal lighting), but I do like the JDM look for headlights (tail lights?). There is also another company out there that does these types of things with a better quality product. Check out this link, I found it helpful for the whole lighting legality (which can be a problem with "euro" tails) thing:
